PERSONAL STATEMENT

• A Filipino Chief Marine Engineer, with 22 years of total Sea Service and command experience as Chief Engineer for 6 years.
• Working ashore as Technical Superintendent for 4 years, and 3 years as Technical Manager in Ship Management Company trading World wide.

CAREER OBJECTIVE

• Application of Technical knowledge gained in Marine Operation to the Engineering Divisions in particular both land and Maritime Industries
• Utilize “hands on” management and interpersonal skills managing operations, repairs and preventative maintenance, with a substantial organization within the Marine Industry.
• Progression to Senior Shore Management positions based on performance, merit and expertise are on going special interest.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

• Offers more than 29 years of experience in Marine industry; with 22 years of Sea Service and 7 years of experience in Shore Technical Ship Management.
• Licensed Chief Marine Engineer, Ultrasonic Level II Engineer and an approved Welding Inspector with good reputation in Operational Leadership and Technical management.
• A registered Class Surveyor (on-call) conducting Class and Statutory Surveys on behalf of Class-IBS, to which was appointed by Panama-Head Office as Philippine Representative.
• Represent as Flag state Inspector for PMA (Panama Maritime Authority) conducting inspection to vessels under Flagstate requirements.
• Experience in Pre-sale condition Survey and other Engineering related surveys and repairs.
• An approved Hatch Cover Ultrasonic Testing Surveyor by Manufacturer (Cygnus)
• Experience in administering NDT-Inspections in most of the NDT disciplines.

• Sound experience in the management of human, financial and mechanical resources.
